As a baker of 20 years beautiful bread you are using! A nice bread is important for a perfect sandwich , although this is a whole loaf and not a roll lol

It's massive. I would not be able the finish it.
After a prosperous chore Sunday, I literally did everything, disinfect every surface, living room, kitchen, bathroom, vacuumed, mopped, I actually made a batch chicken Parm tonight (and even managed to fit in a work out). The chicken parm turned out great. I had two giant chicken breast, pounded them out to about 1/2 inch, they were huge diameter. I had left overs so I made a sandwich for lunch tomorrow using two halves of left over dense baguette garlic bread. That is a giant sandwIch. I'm looking at it, feeling the weight, and thinking "am I insane? This is lunch? This is definitely not a light lunch" I hate wasting food but I might need to discard 1 piece of garlic bread and make it open faced. It's ridiculous. I'm pretty sure I can't eat that.

I really find it funny that when I started cooking with cast iron they specifically say, avoid cooking tomato sauces in it because of acidity. But almost every video of yours, you're cooking tomatoes with it.
We'll tell you something secret, don't believe absolutely anyone. 😉🥸
As long as you clean the pan immediately and reseason, it's fine. I cook chili,sauce etc in mine.

We use special wood oil, available on Amazon. I recommend it, it definitely extends the life of the wood 🪵🪵
