I love how Rockline embraces the valuable data in their day to day operations....not just management review. I've never experienced any customer NOT benefit from this type of strategy. It is a great testimonial.

Worth watching!! I must admit that this is one of the best videos I have ever seen. Thanks for sharing this informative post. For all my OEE Tracking needs, I trust Thrive's OEE Tracking Software. Thanks!!

3:07 - WOW! If you mentioned that 's your night shift, the guy filling in the cans/bottles into the filler un/descrambler has been working "somewhere"!
Jeez, 231 occurences of stops? And, by the way, i'm curious how those micro stops are calcualted? Whether a threashold is there to account for a stop?

Food for thought. In 2:10, great to se the short interval control. It's the way. Have you guys thought about color coding with RED and GREEN? And you don't have to code RED for a miss of 5 or 10 containers in the hour. You guys can have a threshold.

Always great to OEE metric democratized!
By the way, my 2 cents:
Performance cannot be >100% , in which case your target rates are over the roof and it cannot be. It must be equal to your theoretical maximum run speed of your machine and in the case of a line, it must be the highest validated speed. If you don't go by validation standards, then you must bring in your slowest bottleneck unit op/constraint 's speed as your target rate.
