If you have studied in the same country then atleast you will have 1-2 years work visa and it will be easier for them to sponsor you. So if you want to work abroad its better to study abroad. Its very rare where they will be willing to sponsor your visa

You also forgot how good the quality of life is, you wont have to pay for medical and so many things. And in india youll be paying 35% tax. You’ll pay 10% more but your salary will be way more than 10% even if we include cost of living.
