I'm just so confused as to why you're wearing a life preserver/life jacket.
It is a haptic feedback vest (wearable subwoofer). It has 6 vibrating pads that pick up 0-200 Hz and pump it into your body as vibrations. Let's you FEEL the music as though you were sat atop the largest bass speaker at the concert.

Funny when the frequency matches the opposite of your heart frequency. Just saying....
The moral of the story is actually pretty deep: The old man's greatest wish is to find a woman and happiness but even though he is surrounded by beautiful woman (and natural beauty in general) he's going to die as a lonely old man (going to fall off the mountain at the end) because he's blinded by his desire for massive boobs. Stepping on and crushing the only flower in sight right before reaching the cliff was a nice symbolic touch like burning his last bridge. It's basically well disguised social commentary on unreasonable desire for physical beauty and how that probably won't bring you happiness, similar to some of their other clips like Zick Zack.
What I think is cool is that the surface level message is the opposite of the actual message, and listening to it in both ways is enjoyable.
It reminds me of Kendrick Lamar - Swimmng Pools in that way.
As an odd asside, the flower he steps on is Edelweiss, an alpine flower picked to give to the love of your life.
Yes, finally someone saying this. I interpret it in the same way! Only I would go further and not only link it to the unreasonable desire for physical beauty but to anything someone can be obsessed with. Like you're so obsessed with one thing (career, money, love, beauty, fame, and so on) that you are blind (literally here) for all the good and beautiful things that are already around you (the beautiful village with friendly people, music, and scenery - even your goal is so close - big boobs in this case - but you're blind and won't see it and die searching and unhappy....)

The point is that despite being surrounded by those women the song starts with him explaining that he has been living alone for many years and has not found the love of his life. The video then goes on to show him surrounded by women with large breasts because that is what he has been lusting after. So clearly the thing he has been lusting after is not what he truly desires and he has been looking for the wrong thing all this time. The point is that the things you lust for aren't necessarily the things that truly make you happy.

The song has a meaning, and that is to not see all the beauty around you when your focus is only one thing.
The whole clip is full with tiny things he misses, a town full with gorgious women, walking over an Edelweiss, nearly dropping of a cliff. Its suttle, but there.
One of meaning is that Men become weak, and women strong, women make men's Hard work, drink beer, beat meat(penis).

I guess, you did not get the joke about the small dogs. There is a type of small dogs, called Möpse (I think the english name is pugs). Möpse is however another way to refer to the words of the title. So in the absence of "dicke Titten", you have to console yourself with small Möpse... 😅

I am German. lived in Germany 20 years, and another 20 in Austria, I should really know the language. and as I am a slowly aging bachelor with an interest in metal music, youtube, and breasts, I have watched uh, around 15 reaction videos to this song and a couple times just the music video on its own. and I did not put that play on words together until just this moment when I read your comment. it seemed perfectly natural to me to seek solace in the fluffy widdle paws and big saucer eyes of an actual puppy to soothe the heart ache of being boobalacking. just uncritically accepted it verbatim. thank you for this revelation.

Been to the last show of Rammstein in Padova Italy. between the main set list and the encore there was a little time they had to cover so the camera went around the public and i can guarantee you on that day i saw a lot of ''Dicke Titten''. 😂

Dude, i actually got to see them live last Wednesday and it was out this wold sick! It was rainy but still daylight when they started, but man, after sunset, the stage, the lightning, the fire, the bass shook the whole stadium and what a presence they have. After 20 years of being a fan, finally! :) After one hour of pure heat they secretly went to a a smaller stage in the middle of the Stadion and made the audience sing/hum "engel", that was so epic! After that, again, 1h+ of the best metal-rave-fireshow imaginable😂, damn:). Are you familiar with the song "mann gegen mann"(man against man), it's an anti-homophotic themed track, and just fucking sweet, the video is... what you would expect from rammstein 😂. ✌️
