The anti's always tell me coyotes only eat grass hoppers and mice, they never eat fawns and adult deer...I've seen that seen the same thing late season bowhunting...didn;t turn out good for the deer.

Yep, they go after the most readily available food source. A lot of times that's deer.

Who cares if they eat deer. Let them eat the deer, little buggers ruining all the crops. We need these coyotes over here to keep them under control but gamekeepers won’t allow it and the few leopards we have don’t have much effect
