This was out and out murder. Blaze was a wonderful young man who thought his former classmate Woodward was attracted to him. But Woodward murdered him in a fit of fury instead. Clearly his appearance in court is intended to make him look mentally ill. Life in prison, without parole, please, and give Bernstein's family an end to this horrible affair..

Yes it's nonsense. Maybe he was being harassed.

This woodward fellow -- guilty or not -- seems really disturbed in ways that require mental health treatment. Its not hard to imagine he would be guilty.

Psychopathy is not a mental health illness. Edit: they are not the same thing. Checking out Hare would help.

      @@ParDiss-e4i This is not true.
What is true is that it goes by a different name when officially diagnosed.
and what is true is that treatment options are limited (It is basically untreatable)
But it is false to say that it is not a mental health disorder. Practitioners recognize anti-social personality disorder -- which is psychopathy -- as a mental health disorder.

@@ParDiss-e4i Pretty close to the same. Psychopathy is a substantial subset of anti-social. The overlap is abundant. You pretty much cannot be psychopath without meeting the anti-Social criteria. In a venn diagram psychopathy completely fits inside the anti-social circle.
Understanding personality disorders in the real world would help

@@goodtoGoNow1956 psychopaths are antisocial and narcissistic but psychopathy is not a disorder it is a condition (they may score on aspd or npd, but they offend). I believe you are the one being misinformed. I'm not going to respond the same thing over and over again. Sorry. Psychopaths actually end up offending and they are sane. Antisocial Personality and Narcissism personality are disorders they are mental illnesses they are not conditions. Narcissists and antisocials do not offend they have a high propensity to becoming psychopathic and offending, however, there are features that makes psychopaths and narcissists or antisocials completely different.

@@ParDiss-e4i It is a condition that is disordered. By definition, that is what personality DISORDERS are.
