Udah pernah nyoba punya temen torsinya bikin geleng-geleng, kalo yang bilang motor 250cc kok top speednya begitu, hey ini motor apa bos gak ngincer top speed tinggi tapi lebih ke segi torsi sesuai dengan jenis motornya

May i ask is the bike come with all the accessories which is weight around 385 lbs or just without around 336 lbs ?

Yes all original panniers, crash bars, and fully loaded for touring (heavy). Rider is a fat 89kg guy

Speedo calibrated for a different Rolling diameter. Seems to be common with these PRC motorcycles.

Correct. My front wheel is 18" which is very uncommon and I reckon it's designed for 19". There is a big gap on the fender

Firstly it not 400cc its a 250 cc bike and secondly it's way heavier than your pulsar. These bikes are not made to run fast like track bikes. These are made for Adventuring touring.

It's got 18" front wheel and I suspect that the design was for 19". There is quite a large gap between the fender and tyre (almost 1")
