  • Amla Pudina Chutney Recipe
    Ingredients:
    1 cup Pudina (mint leaves), cleaned and washed
    1 cup Kothimbir (coriander leaves), cleaned and washed
    1 Amla (gooseberry), cut into small pieces
    4 garlic cloves
    2 inches of ginger
    5-6 green chillies
    1 tsp cumin seed powder
    1 tsp chaat masala
    1/2 tsp sugar
    Black salt and normal salt to taste
    3 tsp fresh lemon juice
    4-5 ice cubes (to maintain green color)
    Water (as needed for grinding)
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Herbs:
    Clean and wash the pudina and kothimbir leaves separately.
    Cut the amla into small, bite-sized pieces.
    Gather Ingredients:
    In a blender, combine pudina, kothimbir, amla pieces, garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, cumin seed powder, chaat masala, sugar, black salt, normal salt, fresh lemon juice, and ice cubes.
    Grind to Smooth Paste:
    Add water as needed and grind all the ingredients until a smooth paste is achieved.
    Store and Serve:
    Transfer the chutney into a glass container.
    Store in the fridge for freshness.
