Generally, all market having PPC cement , OPC is only used in higher grade of concrete. For general purpose grade M20 M25 PPC is okay. Your comparison regarding higher is ok but for general grade 28 days curing is also sufficient. Video is quite theoretical but Good work.

Ek personal sawal tha. Apna ghar banate wakt kya thik rahega aac block ya Red brick. Apka personal decision.
For normal homes red bricks is ok in high rise building aac block is used
