We are pleased to share with you the recording from the panel conversation that took place on 21 November in collaboration with Grameen Foundation, where we explored the important role that male engagement plays in sustainable household and community change. We learned about how different organizations foster strengthened families by inspiring men to be sparks for change who champion women's income growth. Engaging men in dialogues about gender norms fosters healthier relationships, economic growth, reduced violence, and overall improved economic independence for women.
