Thanks for the instructions on Custom Error Messages. Just finished my first flow using this feature. So much easier than writing V/R formulas!!!

That transform thing is so cool! Its like Data Mapping but with a twist. I love how Salesforce is pushing so many new features into flows. Being a 'not-natural' coder, I can totally relate. Salesforce flows dev team is probably in a Doo it mode rn!
