For a country to develop to its full potential it needs good leadership, unity from all fronts and peace...Yes it was a win for mother ghana...Ghana is a beacon of hope in the sub region and we love it.
Most Ghanaians believe their nation is better or could even be better even than USA, if not for bad leadership....this means they don't have to destroy the nation but change the administration and the politicians understand that. When you're voted against you just have to pack and leave. For Ghanaians when a government messes up, they just wait for the end of four years that is where power lies as they usually say.
What happened in Ghana presidential election will never happen in the british company called Nigeria bcos nobody is a Nigerian, the day we realise it the better for us
I am a Ghanaian, and I can tell you for a fact that Mahama (prez-elect) was not supported by the opposition party ie. NPP as one of the pandit claims. What we Ghanaians demand from Mahama is the prosecution of all those who indulged in corruption (including Bawumia himself). Conceding an election in Ghana is common and normal, and cannot erase all the corruption Akuffo Addo/Bawumia gov't indulged themselves in. I understand that it looks so beautiful to Nigerians to see one concede defeat (which he has no other option). We are looking for something more deeper than that.
I was about to write a few words for the panellist that suggested Mahama forming an inclusive government, and I read your message very good and straight to the point
Nicely written. Mahama didn’t just win cos Ghanaians taught he was an angel but he won cos of two things: 1. Ghanaians want these corrupt NPP politicians to be prosecuted and jailed for crimes committed against the State 2. The economy, in any democratic dispensation, 99% of time, the ruling party looses an election cos of the economy. The people are suffering with no real solutions, and all these thieves kept mentioning was free SHS,nonsense. People need jobs, access to healthcare, cessation of galamsey (Illegal mining) etc.
Mo kasa ooo...mo de3.... I'm not saying corrupt officials shouldn't be arrested but if we are going by what you are saying, mahama shouldn't have been elected. Mo wo short memory ampa
They don't know anything about Ghana aside what people say about Ghana that's why but in Ghana on ground things are different, the rubbish traffic light thing they are talking about we do it here, if the light is turning amber we run faster to pass it
Until you fight hard to get your INEC truly independent and open and transparent and actually ensure that they do not take part but are only there in the process as arbiters and administrators.
If una no know anything about the country make una keep quiet..ghana is a small country and the issues here with politics is also different, the govt failed clearly and the people wey waiting and they voted against them..do you know the things going on here with the elections till now, they are still coalating the results for members of parliament..who also told you that ruling party didn't try to rig the election but the opposition knew all the tricks this time so they were taking them all
One of the biggest mistake most u Nigerians make is ,when u under estimates quality,u said Ghana 🇬🇭 is small compared to Nigeria 🇳🇬,well that’s true but u can’t have stable light in any of your states just one states even your Abuja can’t have stable light and security so it’s not about how huge a country is it’s about policies that will shape the well been of the citizens
@ 80 percent of the population don’t know the real facts about their own country not to talk of the African continent because they deliberately made most of them can barely read or write ✍️,all they know is we are the giant of Africa .it will take years for them to educate their population and get them enlightened.a typical Nigerian can’t even name 15 states of their own country

That’s their problem. Loudness is what is killing them. Is Nigeria bigger than Indian usa and the rest. Does elections concerned being big. Insecurity, no light. I have to be rich by all means, disobey traffic light does it concern the size of the country? Apart from population tell me one good thing about Nigeria . Ghana is not about the size. Ghanaian are humbled by nature the don’t rush . Although they are not perfect but they are cool people so just humble yourself and learn from them.
