Good Morning, Dale & Angel... Believe it or not, I recently came across the unopened envelope with your dehydrated sourdough starter within! I'm pretty sure it's still viable since it has been kept in a suitable place? I'm hoping that I'll finally have the time & ambition over this winter to employ it in a loaf or two of the ordinary sourdough bread. Like so many others here, I miss seeing you at The Cabin. I sometimes re-watch an adventure or two and they always avail me comfort in these trying times, thank you. Here's to a blessed holiday season to you...
P.S. I just read that if you use honey - it accelerates the fermentation and rise. Maybe then less dough would have filled your Pullman pan? That's a beautiful dough, just seeing it makes me eager to start my own bread making again!
