OMEDA, HERE'S my SOLUTION to DEAL with TOXICITY in PREDECESSOR

Today's video is an important one. With so many players always experiencing bad games, toxic players, cheaters and feel ignored at the same time, I wrote an indepth system which I think would greatly help toxicity in Predecessor.
