i got mine a week ago and it still feels surreal. As someone who never had an ipad, as in even the earlier ones, it feels like i am on my way to having a good life everytime i see my ipad lol
Is it normal to heat easily? Its not extreme but this is also my first experience with Apple

I had a 10th gen iPad th-cam.com/users/postUgkxUGaHtKW8MwCql2fPyIm9-ftTqSMzKFFA . Felt it getting pretty slow at times even after doing a reset. So I am using that as a tablet for my 5 year old son and got this 9th gen version. MUCH faster, a little slimmer, smaller bezels, all around a leap forward. Plus, for the price that’s about $130-$150 cheaper than a current new model this is a nice deal. I look forward to the M-series CPUs coming into iPads which will really help future proof these tablets better but these latest CPUs are pretty strong and should do better to last several years with no compromises.
My pencil came 3 days after I ordered it, the accessories came after 1 day and the iPad is still "shipping". Ive been waiting since 25th of March 😭 I can't take it anymore

ty! when i first got it i thought they were the same, but after looking at it, the ipad is a bit ‘darker’ but i think that’s because it’s a more metallic pink than the iphone if that makes sense 😅

Finally ordered mine! Apple Pencil is shipped already and the iPad air 5 is still on process 😫
I got that exact paper feel screen protector and it shattered my screen a couple of days later so be careful with that, also the sleeves are definitely impossible to charge with with the case. And lastly are you thinking abt getting the magic keyboard bc if so it makes the iPad experience way better since it allows the magnet bar on the iPad to be clear. And it allows your iPad to float I heard. It’s a great investment, I am saving for a magic keyboard
oh wow, i haven’t had any problems with the screen protector but i’ll be careful with it. as for the magic keyboard, i don’t plan on getting one because i already have a mechanical keyboard that connects through bluetooth and i’m perfectly fine with that :) and good luck saving up, i hope you get it!

np! i bought some replacement tips around two weeks ago.
i used my ipad and pencil pretty much daily (mostly drawing) ever since i got it and the tip lasted around 3 months.
as for the screen protector, i don’t remember when it started losing its friction, but it did come with two so i can replace it whenever :)
Congrats on your new iPad👏🏻 Just wanted to ask I have ipad air 4 and it feels like the screen is bending sometimes. Have you ever felt like this especially when you writing in the middle of the screen?
i’ve personally never felt it bending but that’s because i don’t really put a lot of pressure on the screen. i just tried putting a bit more pressure than i usually do and it did bend a bit, but then i read online that it’s normal and that’s just how it is. however, if yours is bending even when you’re putting light pressure, i would take it to an apple store and see if there’s something wrong
I have an ipad pro m1 and when u put too much pressure while writing or drawing with the apple pen, it does bend
@@mommyyenn5390 it’s slightly bending in mine but when I’m writing on the screen while I’m in bed (when I look the screen from one side) I can see it. Just wondered if its a defect.
@@duru8362 i dont think it is a defect if u put a lot of pressure but if u lightly press on it and it bends then go to apple store for a check up just to make sure ^w^

i love ur video! waiting for my ipad pro to arrive in a few months and i'm gonna use most of it for notetaking too! but i dislike using a paperlike protector because i like the shiny screen. which protector should i get? is it worth it?
ty! honestly, I would try it with no screen protector first. i wanted the paperlike feel which is why i put it on right away, but if you don’t like that then i would recommend getting a tempered glass protector instead. i usually see good reviews on those rather than the paperlike ones :)

I’m also planning to buy air 5 64 gb for my college but so worried about the storage will not be enough ps. I don’t play games and high digital art works
I think 64 gb is enough for just note-taking. If you're worried, you at least have your google drive and icloud storage to fall back on and use as extra storage space. however, if you don’t prefer that, i would recommend getting the mini instead with 256 gb. it’s smaller, but that’s kind of the trade off for more storage :)

if you want to match an aesthetic i would go with a color you want, but it want a better performing ipad i would go with the air 5. since they are the same price i thought might as well get the better and new one and just cover it with a case color i like :)

tysm! i personally don’t game on the ipad, but for sure you can play genshin on it. if you’re doing other things as well like note taking or editing it might lag the game with just 64gb so i would get more storage if you’re planning to game and do more. otherwise, i’m sure it’ll run great alone with smooth or even the best settings :)
genshin runs amazing on it! id recommend maybe getting more storage though bc for me it takes up like 15 GB…
Yes you can! I have a friend who plays it on the 4th generation, runs super smoothly! I’ve also seen people play it without problems even on the iPad mini :)

i would say it’s more than enough alone, but if you’re still unsure you can use your icloud storage/google drive for extra space :)

How is the battery life? I have an air 4 and am considering an upgrade because of the battery issue in mine
i would ask first if apple can check your battery to see if there is a problem and they might be able to replace it. apple did state the battery life is the same for both models so i wouldn’t really recommend upgrading unless you want a faster cpu and better camera- or if you just feel like it because it is your decision

yes! it’s enough for schoolwork and productivity, but if you’re really worried, you have google drive and your icloud storage for more storage or backup if needed :)

you’ll probably end up covering it with a case color you like anyway, so essentially it doesn’t matter much unless you use a clear case. at the end of the day tho, the pro is better, but the air will save you some money :)

if i remember correctly, the air 5 has the M1 chip and a better camera. they’re the same price so i just decided to go with the newer one :)

The ipad 4 series is definitely better in true to color and o have a Samsung 🤣 mine is a perfect shade of the rose gold. Nothing too silvery at all

i would say it’s worth it. the only thing i struggle with is editing and that’s because all of the videos i record take up that space.
other than that, everything else is good :)
