My godmom died several years ago. Right before she passed, she told me that anytime I saw a monarch butterfly when feeling depressed, it was her in the “afterlife” checking on me. Recently, my fiancé broke up with me out of the blue. It has put me a depression and I haven’t found a way to cope with it yet. I’m laying here in the dark attempting to watch some ASMR and hopefully fall asleep since my anxiety induced insomnia has been keeping me up all night lately…. and as I watch this, for just a minute or so you pull out that wallet with the monarch butterfly right on the front of it. Thank you for this video.

Sometimes I have to self induce my asmr by touching my scalp super softly and everyone thinks I’m weird LOL. anyways I love your videos, your whisper reminds me of my aunt Sandy who passed away when I was about 8. She was the sweetest and your voice brings back so many memories for me
Well, asmr doesn’t qualify any one sense. You have simply added touch to the already existing sight and sound. Imagine going to a hair salon where they serve wine. All 5 senses would be engaged. Taste, touch, sound, sight & hearing. Sad about Aunt Sandy. She had to have been very young. 😢

I started wearing my watch this way via a request from a subscriber. It was part of the ASMR experience for them. I did a little research and found out that the habit of wearing ones watch face up on the underside of the wrist was a convenience for people with careers demanding that their hands be turned a certain way. Doctors, nurses etc. But it’s mostly a military thing.
My apologies as I am just seeing this reply 🙈 I was in the Navy almost 5 years. And yes it was just that, some awesome times and some really difficult times, especially serving while being a mother but I got through it by the grace of God, truly. 😊❤🙏🏾
