Through you only, I thought of waking up at 5am and started giving myself a milestones this year and worked on it every month.I have started waking up at 5:15am naturally💛and even working on so many other aspects too.Thank u for sharing these things ,it really is helpful in so many ways.keep on inspiring 🌺sister🌺

Therapy is indeed very helpful. As you rightly mentioned in India (and I am from India) it is not appreciated much. But personally, I started therapy and it helped immensely helped me to navigate well and make choices. Thank you so much for this video. Lots of grace and love to you and your family Radhi.
I agree with music. My therapist spoke about grounding now I understood the concept but I thought that would’nt work for me. But last month my lil bro had to isolate because his work colleague tested positive. Anyway in the past my bro had COVID earlier this yr. Which gave me bad anxiety, panic attacks . The isolating again made me anxious and I knew it would trigger a anxiety attack or panic attack. I couldn’t focus on my breathing so grounding myself by looking at something wouldn’t help. Cooking relaxes me, so I started cooking but the anxiety was brewing inside me and I could feel it getting to the point where it would explode. So anyway I got a idea my favourite singer Ed Sheeren his song photographs always gets me nostalgic. The lyrics of the song takes me somewhere else. I get that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you hug a loved one and I’ll always sing along to that song when it’s playing on the radio or if I put it on Spotify. So that’s what I did I played the song on repeat and it gave me a sense of calmness. I didn’t realise at the time but later on did that I was essentially grounding myself through music.

Actually I was really consistent with taking afhwaganda for a few months, and I recently stopped, and today my anxiety peaked like I haven't experienced in a long time. Also suddenly was reminded of old addictions that kinda ''lured'' me in. So I better get back on that daily dose of ashwaganda.

Very informative video. I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for the last 3 years. Its terrible. Mostly all factors u have mentioned, have contributed to my mental health. My vitamin D was very low. I will try all the solutions suggested by you and let you know. Already I have started doing yoga. Thanking again.
