earlier they used to be good. i had complained for a missing cheque and they made canara bank find the cheque and amount was credited but nowadays everything is like this only. recently upstox sold two cheques of mine and i was surprised the way sebi official spoke to me. they create mental pressure on complainant to close it asking for more documents which he knows does not exist.
