I recently purchased a used 2015 Wrangler Freedom. I love it. It’s not a practical vehicle but it’s a lot of fun. I had a 1997 Jeep TJ prior to buying the JK. I was ready for an upgrade so I bought the JK.
I bought one recently as well, but it IS practical for what I need. Off roading haha. If you need space or towing capacity, then yeah not super practical.
Thanks Mike, I've always wanted a Jeep and you've done some of my homework for me. I wish I could give a 'tip' (not trying to be a smart @$$) -but I'm saving up for a Jeep.
The add ons really seem to jack the price up. I want to get a wrangler new and keep it under 30k , I don't want the fancy add ons like an automatic or AC ( that's like 3,000 right there) how hard is it for a dealer to get you that if your pre approved with cash in hand?
Dear mike . Can anybody open the hood while the car is closed ? And my second question is that how comfortable are the back seats ? Thank you for your videos . They are so helpful .
Hi Abdulrahman. Yes you can open the hood even when the vehicle is locked. You can buy a hood lock if this is a problem. www.quadratec.com/products/13103_110.htm - It is a tight fit for a tall adult to get to the back seat but it is fairly comfortable once you get back there.
Mike thanks for the video it was a great review. I have a question, is the car capable of towing a small trailer or does it have a button to do so like some toyotas ?
***** Heat is standard in everything. Air Conditioning is standard in the 24S Sport S package. It is possible to get a basic Sport without AC if desired. Full list of features are in the description.
terrible. it has a swishing sound once you go around 35+. I tried everything when I had mine, I purchased the top sound proofing, I tried adding foam and rubber at the seam, I even tried taping it to see if it would matter. it doesn't. I think its the flat windshield that makes the most noise, zero aerodynamics. But I will still purchase another wrangler when I go back home from japan. It was the best car, you feel so free in it, and when you have the doors off...you could be sitting next to a lambo, and people would still be looking at how cool your jeep is! GL!
dreamlover32 Yes. At 3:46 you can see a large lever on the side of the seat... this is used to raise and lower the seat. Great question and thanks for watching!
MikesCarInfo , thank you very much. Also, maybe you know, is it permanent 4 wheels drive? On my 2005 Wrangler I can not turn on the front wheels unless there are slippery/offroad etc conditions. It is very difficult to park vehicle with 4WD locked (it has no sinchronisator or smth like that.) And do you have in America 2.8 diesel version? It would be interesting to know about this engine. Thanks again!
dreamlover32 Jeep does not currently have a diesel option in the Wrangler however they plan to in the near future. The 4wd system in this Jeep is just like the 2005 Jeep Wrangler in that regard.
hi - can u install a remote starter on this trim at the dealer... the same remote starter standart on sahara? thanks..and how much for the remote starter installed thanks
thanks for the video. do the glove compartment, center console, and rear storage compartment all lock with the keyless entry, or do you need to manually lock each with key? thanks again
Hey, great review! I'm thinking of buying a Wrangler and this was quite helpful. Have a couple questions for you, though... a) Have you reviewed/driven the Unlimited? Would you recommend the two-door or the Unlimited? I was originally considering the Unlimited, but the two-door is a bit cheaper and given I'm usually the only passenger in the car, seems I wouldn't need those extra doors... b) However, rear cargo room is a concern. The Unlimited lets you fold the rear bench completely flat... Can you do that on the two-door, or is it limited to just being able to push the bench against the front seats? I usually put long things into my SUVs, like snowboards, surveying equipment, etc... Will those fit in the Wrangler without having to remove the seats?
Joseph Mostarda Unless you are doing some serious off-roading, I would definitely recommend the Unlimited. Cargo room is awesome and the ride is a lot better because of the longer wheelbase. The Unlimited holds it's value better too.
MikesCarInfo Thanks for the info. I don't usually resell my cars (I generally just donate them to charity at the end of their useful life), but having that extra cargo room is nice. Still, the significantly lower price point of the 2-door means I'm still considering it. A few more test drives, I suppose.
just a question please i'm 5.1ft-5.2ft and i rly want to buy a jeep i can afford it but will i be able to drive it? might seem like a dumb question but i don't awnna get my self embarrassed
+Chris McDonald Im looking to buy one and it sure seems like dealerships are taking sports and loading every feature into them making them as pricey as a stock rubicon
the price of the jeep is so cheap in America ,in my country if you want to buy the jeep wrangler sport with no any extras on it you have to spent 45.730 USD thats just sad

Same here my parents have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in Firecracker Red Clear Coat.
@@ladyyuna2000 probably don't even offroad with it or don't use what it's made for
Just bought one 2015 standard, love it. Drove my diesel f250 4 times in two months, prefer the jeep
Thanks for this video. I just bought one of these today and I appreciate your video. Cheers
I have the same year, model, colour. Love it.
enjoyed your vid mike, good work

Thanx for explaining
Is it automatic ?
do jeep wranglers have seat warmers?
yea if you pick the cold weather group option, ellie.
mike does the car have speakers without subwoofer speakers
Is there a sunroof ?
Mike thanks for the video it was a great review. I have a question, is the car capable of towing a small trailer or does it have a button to do so like some toyotas ?
Do 2015 wranglers have electronic steering assist or the traditional trustworthy hydraulic steering ?
Base model does not include Air Condition. But that only means... no cool air, correct? Heated Air is still there for winter conditions. Right?
Yes, they still have heat.
xxgg no air condition? what the fuck?

pretty helpful. thanks
Is the rear seat very small for an adult ?
+Arya Pradhana Darmaputra Yes it is small. I can fit back there but I wouldn't want to be back there for long.
MikesCarInfo Thanks for the information !
How's the wind noise on the highways and in general?

is it possible to adjust driver's seat height? Thanks!

I don't think you can add oem remote start.

Are the back seat windows able to open
+Abraham Aguilar No they are fixed on the hard top.
thanks for the video. do the glove compartment, center console, and rear storage compartment all lock with the keyless entry, or do you need to manually lock each with key? thanks again
+Brian Murphy Manual with a key.
Is there air conditioning for the back seats to, or just in the front?
+Tiffany Pedersen Just the front.
+MikesCarInfo Thank you, it's nice to know!
Can the back seats slide towards the front or back as if someone can still sit in them?
The back seats are fixed and do not slide.
Ugh tartar sauce!
Can the back seats be made flat for more trunk space?
yes they can. and you can also completely remove them for more trunk space.
@@ebs6079 thank you Ebony!
No. The back seats fold forward against the front seats. But like Mike said, they can be removed.
@@Sophos1964 thank you!
You don't have to roll down the windows by hand right?
This one has power windows.
Hey Mike, i have 2 questions, is the top removable on this one? and second question, are you able to put the back seats down?
Hi Telma, Yes the top comes off in 3 pieces. The back seats flip up and out of the way. I demo this in the red Jeep Wrangler Freedom Edition. Thanks
does the roof come off? if so how?
Yes. It has a 3 piece top. The 2 front panels can be removed separately & the large back section can be unbolted & removed by 2 people.
fold down windshield???
+jory lacroix Yes you can fold down the windshield.

@@MikesCarInfo thank u so much
in description it says 8 speakers and I only know of 6 where are all of them located in the jeep
The roll cage has 4 speakers mounted behind the 2 speaker grills.
What does something like this lease at?
Around 100 per week
I'm buying it
SadkoEU hi did u get your jeep . If so do u like it
If thats just the sport thats pretty high price tag

When is the best time to buy a Wrangler and get the deepest discounts? I like the one used in the video, but 32 seems high.
Are you using a steering wheel to video this? Weird haha
