Excuse me but where are the Kimono . As a Japanese (that's my husband's account) i am a little fucking tired of people calling things, Kimono. A kimono is our national outfit , it takes years to produce the silk, years to dye it and month to cut and stitch the fabric . And this is an art form that takes decades of dedication to learn . So when you are NOT making a Kimono you might want NOT call it so .
This is a super great idea. I just started with onion skins coloring my cotton fabric, but now that I saw this, I think I may just try some of my flowers out on my balcony. My own unique fabric, how cool is that!
Does anyone know what liquid she's dipping the bundle into at 1:02 ? Vinegar? Alum mordant? Love her work and would love to try repurposing some old silks myself!! xx
Nice Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered - Lonophia Manish Perfection (do a google search)? It is a great one off product for improving your relationship and sex life minus the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my old buddy Taylor got amazing results with it.
Instead of pushing the small person to conserve water - lets advocate desalinization plants - the world is mostly water - there is an abundance - we are either abundance people or deficit people.
the fact that she doesn't use gloves just adds beauty to the whole process

The music is much too loud and it doesn't fit the subject, the images of the video at all. It actually destroys it. Such a pity.
