Done is not my favourite Primarch but but this is my favourite Primarch model. It always seemed quite intimidating, even with the tutorials I'd watched, but after seeing your method I think I might just give it a shot. Thanks again for all the great content.
Hey what colour did you use to paint the rocks on the base? I understand you used the Martian ironcrust for base but what colour do you use for the rocks and steps already in the model?
@@MediocreHobbies what base colour did you use to paint the stairs on the base of the model? I understand you used Martian ironcrust for t a normal base but I’m asking what colour you use to base the rocks and steps on the model?
Ah damn, I don't think Twitch saved it this long, It's my martian basing scheme, you can choose whatever legion for the space marine, and I used Kimera Black for the rim of the base, If you have any specific questions please let me know!
Hahhaha I love that model. But I can’t justify buying all the primarch. So i shall just wait patiently till people donate them lol that’s how this TH-cam thing works rite?
With how cool Imperial Fists are in Heresy it makes me wish they had more to do in 40K. They're the only chapter I can think of that their successor is more popular than them.
@@MediocreHobbies do you have any good IF lore to recommend for 40K? Seems like GW forgets they exist a lot and I'd say Black Templars would be more popular overall, though I could be wrong.

Thanks for the reply, I understand you use Martian iron crust for the base but what colour do you use for the already established base like the steps on the model, I guess you don’t use Martian ironcrust to base them?😊
@@finnmelia4572 after I apply the Martian ironcrust sand I wash it with the orange contrast I cover the whole base including the rocks and steps. And then just drybrush it all the same. It’s very quick and easy.
Hope you all enjoy my tutorial on how to paint the best Primarch of all time. No competition at all.
Is it just me or does Dorn look a bit like Jay Leno?.... :)
This gold is GORGEOUS
A good looking paint job of the greatest enemy of the best Primarch of all time. Iron Within.
Iron without. I see this will keep going lol.
Magnet tutorial please!
I shall be doing one on the contemptor from the new Hersey box. So very soon.
I'd love to see you paint Magnus! Keep up the great work!
I honestly wish I would buy them all. I don’t have a spare twi grand though lol
I've been longing for a good Lord Dorn tutorial for a while now which wasn't 99% airbrush, thank you for delivering!
(VII Legion or bust)
Delighted to hear this pal. Thank yous he I’m glad you like it so much.
Looking good
Thank you so much
Fantastic job! Will be following along when I do my Dorn!
Thanks pal. Glad you like it.
Awesome again
Very kind thank you.
I love this Jay Leno miniature. Are you going to paint his massive tank collection?
Well of course. I’d be letting so many people down if I didn’t.
Great job! 👍
Thank you pal
Great video! Feel a lot less nervous about painting the model now
Mission accomplished then! That’s awesome to hear! Let me know if you have any questions before you start!
This is actually a really good Adeptus Custodes tutorial too.
Yep. Already have custodies on the Chanel so that’s shouting make that easier.

That’s ace dude. Really glad to hear that. Please tag me of you do it I’d love to see.
Wonderful
Thanks as always.
Beautiful job. It’s definitely made me want to try painting it myself.
That’s awesome dude. I hope you do.
Lovely gold armour! Makes me think I should finally have a go at the Fulgrim that’s been in my pile of shame for 2 years…
Yes you should. Expensive models like that should not go to waste.
Dorn upside? Hardcore roasted Fulgrim. Very huggable, according to Vulkan. Downside? Killed (maybe) Alpharius. 8/10, would do bolter drills again
sadly he killed me... BUT I LIVED!
You always do.
Any time and where I shall do bolter drills with the boss.
So the video a bit longer than usual but the extra effort was well worth it what a fantastic looking mini
Cheers pal. I was slightly worried about the length.

Will you do roboute guilliman? :)
Unless he gets sent to me probably not. I can’t get all 18 models. That’s like 2 grand lol
Will you be doing Perturabo or will he just go in bin?

what will be next primarch?
Curz already built and ready to go.
you should do a siege of terra battlereport ;)
I’d only need a few hundred thousand points and a 20x20 board. If you wanna donate that to the Chanel feel free lol
@@MediocreHobbies lol i didn't mean that i meant similar to the current campaign you have

Hahaha that’s fair.
Ehhh.... to expensive model for me...😪
Ye the primarchs are not cheep. I’m up to 5. That leaves 13 to get. That’s going to hurt.
