    How often should the average person get a massage?

      If they are excavating deep seated tension then between 2 to 6 hours a week. If they have got rid of their chronic residual tension then between 1 hour a week to 2 hours a month

    Brandon, how does/has your body hold up over the course of a day/week of treatments. Also do pretty comprehensive DTM and though the treatment is very effective, my body is the one having to cope.

      You have to pace yourself. I’m pretty tired after a week of teaching so I have time off afterwards. Also you need to receive massage yourself regularly.
