Please add anti VEGF for vitreous haemorrhage before going to vitrectomy

IS it a suitable Time between thé injection and the vitrectomy?

Great point but it’s controversial. Anti VEGF reduces vascularity of the proliferative traction bands but we need to operate as early.
But, when not indicated it could cause further traction.
