yea i also think it is a bit op. it's very high damage is combined with good sustain due to water traitline and a comfortable rotation which allows you to be ranged a lot. power tempest is a great build as it is but it should be at the same level as weaver and catalyst, 42-43k
I agree, but I hope nerf is targeted at top benchmarkers, not at people that struggle to go over 40k - meaning do not nerf air overload damage, nerf water / fire skills a little instead
