You did so good, Raina. We are all so proud of you! I’m Vietnamese, and the food didn’t look appetizing to me, either 😅 Note: I also find the comments section ignorant. The owner is just excited that Raina is there. It seems like she’s yelling, but that’s pretty normal when Vietnamese people talk. I don’t like it myself but no need to be rude about it.

I knew she wouldn't like the food, it didn't look appetising. Raina has had fish eggs before though so confused why she said she hadn't. She did a challenge with Randy and Joel and she ate a big pile of fish eggs, watched her with my own eyes!!

Wow! You are such a great participant. You knew as soon as you saw the amount of fish eggs in the ingredients that it wasn’t going to be pleasant. As if that wasn’t enough, the bowls were then filled with fish broth! Very fishy smelling and tasting broth. You are amazing and I felt sorry for each bite or slurp of broth you ate 😢
That was such a lot of food I think they put extra on top just for you. Not sure anybody could finish such a huge meal . I think you did really well 😂❤xxx

Sometimes challenges are overwhelming, especially if they contain animal and fish innards not usually consumed in the West. Raina is still the champ. Shout out to Vietnam and its wonderful food.

Great try Raina! Those big bowls were over packed! When you started taking it out of the big bowl and putting it into many other regular bowls, that challenge seemed to get bigger too.
I was worried when the owner moved Raina stuff. I kept an eye on it. But the comment at the end about the Geoducks was funny. Good content!
You managed to get through one of them and that was a feat as far as I’m concerned. I didn’t think it looked all that appetizing and you obviously didn’t care for a few of the meat pieces. When you said there was fish in it I started to worry about those little fish bones. I personally thought that was too much food for that time. I consider you a winner because you pushed through that fish that was a texture you didn’t care for. None of that food would have passed over my lips. That woman constantly had her mouth going and you were gracious in allowing her to carry on talking. Beautiful as always!

The owner was super excited to fan the flames of the cameras, social media attention, and be a center of attention for the locals while feeling assuredly confident that she wouldn't have to pay out as she tilted the challenge against Raina. I get it and it makes sense for someone running a business in Saigon and raking in whatever they can get to help it.

I'm only 20 minutes into the video so I don't want to read too many comments but I have a couple of questions. Can you describe the taste of jelly fish? Was it chewy & rubbery like it looks? Once they brought the fish eggs out in a bowl, I couldn't tell what they actually looked like. Clearly you weren't a fan, so was there just a little? Or a lot? Thank you. You're doing great so far!

To all the morons hating on the owner you know nothing about Vietnamese culture. She was excited to have Raina there and was looking to give away the money. It's easy to judge her based on your prejudice but she was merely there enjoying Raina's attempt. She knew that he soup was hot and allowed Raina to move the contents to other bowls to cool before she started the clock. This is a proud owner with happy customers. Think before you denigrate someone for what you perceive to be annoying.

As an american, I love these people, their energy, their eating habits and lifestyle. But that was just too big of a challenge even for the Queen. On her final challenge Raina will just explode in the restaurant and it will be the perfect ending.
There’s so many good Vietnamese places to eat and that doesn’t look like one of them. But at least they were all rooting for you! You said you like the soup but not the fish eggs but the guy translating for you said you like the soup and the fish cake 🤦♀️ but the lady in the background gives me a headache and I’m just watching 😂
