Don't know how I missed this gem, I thought I'd binge watched enough of your videos! Been looking into mindfulness, so was using acceptance, appreciating each moment,.etc. but you pointing out that 'I solve problems' and me linking that to times in my past that I just put ideas on paper and 'brain stormed' solutions when I was ready, has made me more relaxed and don't have the worry as background most of the time now. Going to re-listen to your previous books 'The Art of Extraordinary Confidence' and 'Not Nice' to remind myself and to find other gems I might have missed. Thanks!

You are saying everything I am thinking of:). Before you told thing, I was exactly thinking why I was not pushing my worry (using excuse that it prepare us). Thank you mann..I just recently started seeing you. I will let you know of my experience after applying the techniques.
Update on avoiding news i dont have any prblems avoing new or tv anymore , i feel like before i could kinda avoid it but i was still intrested in it to beginn with now i dont feel any need to watch the nwes to beginn with now that i found myselve not knowing what to do with my time i picked up a book i wanted to read for some time im not sure myselve if i make another update or if the test is finished or not , i feel like i should start picking some hoby up that i could use to relax but im not sure what i could do . if you want dr.aziz i can keep the updates going for this test. if i see another test intresting me in you´re videos i will gladly keep you updated .
Please keep up updated! Reading for fun is a great alternative. Consider including some quality self development books to further your own education. A fulfilling hobby is also a great way to explore your own happiness and joy!
thank you often i just keep the thing i wanna do in the realm of "im gonna do it someday" so its a bit suprising for me to actually have the time for it now and theres so much i want to do . i starteed reading a lot of blogs about i think lucid dreaming and medetation to learn to relax myselve more even if im still not good at it. it makes me happy that you like me to update so i will keep doing it under you´re new posted videos . I will follow you´re advice and will try to find a selve improofment book in my local bookstore .
