My son called me tonight to tell me about this song. He's singing it with the all-state chorus in Illinois Saturday. The last school listed he told me, the shooting happened 3 days before this was performed.

I sang this with the ilmea all state chior last January it made me so sad. It made the audience cry, and my family and bolth of my teachers had tears in their eyes at the climax of the song
