I love it. Especially the price and the quality of this snowboard kit. I am a beginner on snowboarding, I pick up this kit in order to jump in and start quickly. The boots feels comfortable. I haven't tried on the real snow yet. Will update later.

As a boarder the biggest issue is that on flats if you have anyone in your way you and you then have to slow down, chances are you then have to hop or shuffle, so maintaining any speed you had is crucial. Skies are a lot easier to gain momentum on the flats so it's a more prominent pet peeve of boarders
Yes that is the whistler park. However if you're planning on going up within the next few days i'd recommend the blackcomb park as the whistler park is currently quite empty.
haha this winter started with snowboarding, i was skier), the first thing i did was a front flip xD and well, its not like everyone is saying if you was a skier its harder to start snowboarding, it was even easier, bcuz of sking i got the feeling to go fast, first i shat my self but now i go with a manual down the whole mountain xP
thats because of the aerodynamics. with the board you are going sideways so there is а smaller area and the wind is not blocking you that much but I cant say that skiers are going slow at the steep places :)
this makes me miss whistler so much. fuck i dont know when ill ever get another chance to go do this. id love to just go by myself and take everything in solo . i havent been since my parents took me as a young boy
