    Include fitness? Absolutely! CF type HIIT workouts, running, rowing, weights. Kickboxing rounds 3 days a week. Then the MA, classes, weapon flow, JKD, wooden dummy training, Kali.
    Love your videos Paul!! The transformation of your garden and training area is just crazy! What a great sanctuary.

    Orange tabbies are so much fun, I found a lot of martial arts practitioners have cats, they are the epitome of grace, power, stealth, and agility all attributes appreciated and required by the art
