Namgyal Monastery or also known as Dalai Lama temple is one of the oldest buddhist monastery and is famous as 14th Dalai Lama's abode. When China invaded Tibet, 14th Dalai Lama along with 100,000 tibetans, fled to Nepal, Bhutan and India.
