That's a good point. I think the issue gets much bigger for nightly truck parking vs monthly. I have heard that tires, old oil and trash can be an issue at the monthly parking lots as well.
Finding an existing parking lot to buy will be harder (from what I've seen), because most of them don't do a great job publicly advertising themselves, so it's hard to know where they even are. Creating a parking lot would also have its share of challenges, but given where this market is at, I think it's the better way to go because the need is so great, and you can create the opportunity.
I'm 💯 convinced that this is a gold mine ..and since I am about to start my career then why not solve peoples problems this way .. I'm from the UK and this is a great opportunity for me to come enter the US market .. and work in land too .. insha'Allah Thanks Seth ..

However if I can also do US land wholesale virtually then it would be ideal .. as in UK land is not the right game (extreme delays and difficulties in planning permissions. Land investing is not the trend here). @@Retipster
