    The first caller is the reason why I said no to marriage in my 20s. Why men in their 20s were asking me to marry them is beyond me. I told them " go get a life. I'm making one for myself. I don't want any distractions to miss direct me". I see them now and I'm glad I said no back then. Life hasn't been good to them . They didn't build before they married and their health is failing too.
    Twenty year olds please delay marriage until you have set yourself on solid ground. Your future self will thank you. You will live in contentment when your money, career and house is in order.

    • @ricana1160
      @ricana1160 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Yes. I agree completely. You can get divorced at any age. However, you’re still finding out yourself in your 20s. 30s in my opinion is the best time to start a family and be married. At that time, most people are financially and emotionally ready.

    • @Nicc1111
      @Nicc1111 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +16

      I disagree actually. I did what you said and now I’m 48 single and no children. I kept pushing it off for my career (I’m a woman) and now it’s too late. You’ll never love as purely and deeply as you do in your first love and for every other partner you have your chances of divorce sky rocket. So call me old fashioned but I say marry your first love if he is good and kind and whether you become millionaires or not you’ll live a happy and blessed life surrounded by kids who will be there in your old age. If I could go back now I’d do just that. No shaking up. No giving the milk away for free. No running around enjoying myself at the expense of a family and future.

    • @user-xx8gf5xi9e
      @user-xx8gf5xi9e 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +11

      I disagree. I met my husband a week after I turned 21. He proposed to me 4 months later and we got married 9 months after that. This year we celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. I was still in college when we got married and he was working full-time. I would never delay being with the person I love for a job or financial setup. It’s the same for those people who say don’t have kids until you can afford them - then you’ll never have kids. If you truly love that person, and they love you, and you are both committed to each other, you figure it out.

    • @ricana1160

      I disagree too. I got married at 22, been married for 21 yrs now, we have 4 kids and life is great. Granted we were poor when we got married and had student loans, but we were able to pay them off. I stayed home with my kids working part time for a few years and even thought we never took extravagant vacations life had been good to us. Wouldn’t change a thing. It’s all a matter of having common goals and marrying someone who is genuinely kind. Character matters.

Health and healing, reality, mindfulness, belief, connection, and freedom. They finally got to it. He has financial trauma from the past and has just had a kid and doesn’t want to repeat it. The GPS pin John always talks about is going off which is setting his alarms off and causing him to panic. That’s why he was in a frenzy about having “buyers remorse” Dr. John knows what he’s doing. It’s the underlying anxiety he was getting to, not just asking personal questions for fun. It’s rarely just a financial issue HENCE why Dave hired the great and wonderful Dr. John on.
