I get my first baby 1973 and this box was wery important to have then when you were young poor couple. I love to see what there is today. Thank's to show. Hairbrush looks like back then.

Not everyone gets it though. I'm also from Austria, living in Finland now. I didn't got a Baby box when I gave birth here in Finland.

@@mizulightblue maybe your child has to have a Finnish citizenship or maybe it doesn’t come automatically you have to apply for it. Just thinking 🤔

@@ritariri I think it depends how long you are in Finland. I moved in August 2017 and my daughter (has both citizenships) was born in November 2017. I think you have to be at least half a year in Finland. But not 100% sure if that was the only requirement.

Remember to get a good baby cart. The baby can even sleep outside when it's a bit below zero, in a sleeping bag. And, take the baby to baby swimming

I did, it makes alot of sense than before. I was super scared about letting the baby sleep outside, but now am comfortable with that.

well our official languages are finnish and swedish so thats why there is only these two language ^^

@@alha7040 im aware but there are quite few people whove immigrated here and rely more on english, and seeing as like... 90% of finland knows at least basic english it really would not be a stretch to assume there could be some in the box lol
