This seat is not adjustable and it comes in at 18". We have other chairs on our website that are adjustable and the smallest you go is 16". Here is one that is 16" width with tilt, recline and legs. Hope this helps!
That unit was discontinued. Your best bet to find parts would be eBay or Monster Scooter Parts may. Just Google them and also check to see if you can find them on eBay.
How small can you get a seat? What is your smallest size because I’m about a 14 inch wide but I would assume the smallest would be around 16.
