Make sure you don’t run more than 6 lights connected together in a single series! Your wire will start to melt… run a separate electrical connection and start another grouping if necessary
I was wondering how many you piggy backed before you had to hardwire another set. Other brands say no more than 3 lights, but I guess it varys. Thanks for the video.
@@edwinthomas618 They are amazing! Everyone loves them when they walk into the garage, it's the first thing they comment on. I did just notice a couple days ago that one side of one of the 16 8' lights I have went out. If another one or two fail down the road I might take the time to replace them, but I'm still really happy with them.
Looks like a crease along one tape joint. I had this situation in a house I owned many years ago. The builder had to come back and brace up the joists and apply many more screws. Of course, I may just be seeing things. Great shop.

Fyi those clips were strong enough and helps the lights slide. You could have used a small piece of double sided with the clips.

@@HelpMeDIY how are they holding up?

Did the drywall get run the same direction as the ceiling joists?
+Cash Dollar 🤷♂️ not sure, I wasn’t there when they did it.
