Thanks for the video my mother had the same issue with her 2005 Camry and I did not think of looking at the alternator of my 4runner it sounds exactly like that.
Ideas.. get a laser temp gauge and shoot at the different parts. It should be hotter than the others.. or cut off bottom of a plastic jug and put a screwdriver or extension in the small end. It will sound different than the others.
no worries on not changing pulley its not a big deal just get a new bearing and brush fer old alternator to fix them they or out thier ill be redoing one soon so not to use a china unit hat nay last 30k

Changed and Instslled an OEM idler pulley on my ‘02 Limited 4Runner and noise problem was gone. Much noisy on winter.

Look at it while it is running and see which pulley is shaking and wobbling, it would be the one with the bad bearing
Your upper radiator hose is incorrectly installed. Reverse it.
