Just came across this podcast while listening to Sarah on TH-cam. The original Lilith Fair tour was my first concert and I recently saw her at the end of May for the Fumbling Tour. What a treat to see that whole album played live along with hearing her other classics. Her voice is even better after all these years of touring and singing. Triple threat: singer, songwriter and instrumentalist. Still my favorite artist to this day! Can’t wait to listen. ❤
What a fun interview, thank you. I have seen Sarah over 25 times since 93 and she's still a fantastic artist. I am happy she's doing a new album and touring with Fumbling, which is one of my fave albums by any artists. What Sarah did with Lilith was and is so monumental. I love that she's having a glow up (not that her glow has ever been dim for me) and new generations discover her ♥
Great interview! Been a fan of Sarah’s since 1994 and went to so many Liliths I can’t remember 😊. It was the best, safest environment for a concert . People there for one thing: Great music . No bullshit.
Lilith Fair = iconic late 90s woman's festival that propelled so many female singer/song writers careers and give them their well deserved radio play. I went three times and now a new documentary is coming from producer Dan Levy (Schitt's Creek) nearly 25 years since it ended - after 3 summers of the event. I went twice to it in 1998 and 1999.
I adore Sarah McLachlan, I've seen her live 3 times in concert, twice outdoor festivals and once indoors. My revamped Lilith Fair lineup would be Lana Del Rey, Kacey Musgraves, Phoebe Bridgers, Lily Kershaw, Lykke Li, Maggie Rogers, HAIM, Tegan & Sara, Jessie Baylin, Jenny Lewis, Suki Waterhouse, Sky Ferreria, Chapelle Roan, Holly Macve.
She’s fantastic! Just saw her for a second time in May for the Fumbling Tour and so tempted to book a trip to Canada in November to see her out there again.😭 That concert was FANTASTIC.
