I have two rare sets coming from Hong Kong very soon. One has a santa bunny with two babies one dressed in green the other red and a limited set of a cat and bunny dressed for Christmas. I would love to get the reindeer delivery person. I have a diorama set up with many Christmas sets. This is the first year in 26 years I am decorating for Christmas. I lost my 12 year old son in an accident in 1996 and I get very sad at Christmas. Calico Critters have brought me to a new place of happiness I haven't felt in a long time. My husband is so supportive to see the change in me. I love your videos very much. Your collection along with your soft voice make it very joyful to watch. Yes!! I really, really love the colors of the Christmas house, and love that it comes with the reindeer siblings. There is no other way to get those critters. The furniture colors are very nice too. I may still get it in the future, I'll wait to see if it gets released in the US, I just can't bring myself to pay $200. Ugh why are Sylvanians so expensive!!
I put a blob of hot glue in my paper boxes to give them some weight and sturdiness. If done really carefully, you can have a nice square box without gaps
Merry Christmas! Mail mole does have a somewhat affronted expression but I'm glad he came around. So cute to have the Grandparents live in lovely Bluebell cottage. The sewing machine looks perfect there.
I love how you decorated Bluebell cottage, you really made the most of the limited space! I also love that grandma Racoon has her critter collection! I'm glad mail mole came around to his new coworker (after falling over in shock multiple times 😂) and that your critterland postal service is expanding!
I've recently got the Hillcrest gift set as my first sylvanian house, but I was rly torn btw it and the Bluebell Cottage. The lack of space and price was the deal breaker for me, so I ended up getting the Hillcrest (cheaper, comes with 2 figures and lots of furniture, also has plenty of space). But there's something about the Bluebell Cottage that makes me keep thinking of it, it's a very charming house, but I think it serves more as a display building. I'll be definetly getting one as my next Sylvanian house. Thank you for the amazing video!
I also got the Hillcrest home gift set and love the space. We can't get the others yet in South Africa and importing is so pricey. Plus our postal system is a bit unreliable.
Hi Marls! Those are from the “Li’l Woodzeez” Sidewalk Set, it comes with about 3 feet of pathway all together and two plastic trees. It’s a great little set! Unfortunately it is discontinued, but I have seen it for sale on eBay and walmart online.
I did!!! Sooooo bummed. And to make matters worse, they have suspended shipping to the USA due to a problem with UK international mail. Hopefully that clears up before the shop is closed so I can place one final order. 😭
