My mother recently bought me the Husky Family after years of not collecting them and I'm starting to remember all the fun years I had with these guys. Unfortunately parts to a lot of sets have gone missing over the years, so I suppose I need to start seeing what needs replacements.

How did you animate the baby ducks jumping into the pram?

good question! it’s stop motion, so a series of photos. and i just spent ages balancing them to get the picture i wanted. blu-tac on the ducks’ feet might help if you’re trying to recreate it!

there aren't any mid air ones! you can slow down the playback speed or pause the video to see each shot, but it's all balance and blu-tac!

@@oziezy the pigs are old, they’re called the Grunt family. i don’t own the seals, if you lmk the timestamp in the video i can tell you which figures they are!

only in North America! they are Sylvanian Families everywhere else, including Japan (where they originated) and the UK (where I’m from)
