The issue here is nothing but the heat of the WiFi module. When you play games or engage in heavy tasks, it heats up and then stops working. This problem occurs frequently during seasons like summer because it makes the laptop even hotter. Additionally, a negative factor is that the position of the WiFi module is close to the SSD, which significantly affects the temperature. *To fix this, you can simply move the SSD to another slot.*

Will try these solutions as it keeps happening almost everytime we power the laptop on. The culprit is always code 45 in device manager (meaning the hardware isn't connected properly, in theory). We've been fixing it, although it's not permanent for us, with the following: Uninstall the wifi driver in device manager, shut off computer. Then hold power button for 60 seconds, then let go. When the laptop boots up, the driver will reinstall and function. You'll just have to connect to the wifi again. This was a good fix for us that lasted a few months but again, these days it's almost daily and the fix only works till we power off the laptop. When it happens again, we'll come back to this video. Big thanks for actually opening the laptop and showing where the device is, we feared opening the laptop to fix the connection since we have no idea what's what. We may just try it. Thanks again!

have you got any solution ,or changed your wifi card ?
SOLUTION HERE: Clean my WiFi card. I opened my laptop, cleaned the WiFi card, and changed the SSD to another slot. Now, it's working perfectly. I don't usually leave comments, but dealing with this was so frustrating. I hope this comment helps someone else. Surely it works. model asus tuf F17 FX706HC.
I have the same model, I'll have to try this and see
I really hope it works

Bro to perform actions on first two options we need internet connection, and to do that we must have wifi on the laptop, and that we don't have
use ethernet cable
I cleaned the WLAn card, although in my TUF A17 there is only one SSD slot so I couldn’t change its positioning but hopefully the cleaning helped as of now.
Will update in a week or so
Thanks ❤❤
Update?
Hello guies i have find the solution....my laptop is asus tuf f15 2020 version ...i was facing the issue of wifi option not visible when plugging the charging cable ....so i gone to the official asus website and in that i added my laptop serial number and go to the drivers option and in networking download the mediatek lan driver and its done ✅
i did the same thing one hour ago and it stopped disappearing. It works now. Can you let me know if you had any issues since you updated driver from asus website?
Thank you so much for the advice! I needed this! Keep cooking!
I’m trying to use these methods but every time I try and start my laptop, it won’t connect to wifi. I have hard restarted my laptop maybe 10 times at this point and still won’t connect to wifi. I’ve been having these internet issues for ages but I could almost always rely on a restart to solve the problem. I’m regretting getting an asus laptop more and more every day I use the damn thing.
I can feel you man🫡
SOLUTION: Using asus tuf f15, If any method doesnt work ...which happened to me ....just go to the service center or if you can do it by yrself to remove the wifi card and reinstall it again....which will work 100 percent. I know how frustrating it can get. So this will help
Hloo
Solution :- Guys Literally i was very frustrated from this problem.. I watched every videos regarding this problem but nothing will happen.. At last by watching this video i carefully open my laptop and Clean the wifi card by using just a normal cotton cloth and literally it works.. The reset net works for me, huhu thank you so much
After doing network reset my wifi comes back but again after some time it gets disconnected
For how long you are using this laptop, and what processor and graphics card do have???
This was very helpful, thanks a lot
Still early days still to say for sure (the network card issue is on and off, so need to see the fix working for some longer period of time), though it seems that a comprehensive driver update using iobit Driver Booster fixed the network card problem for me. And more, since I had a few less important errors and warnings pointing to outdated drivers as well.
Great job 👍🏻👏
i have removed the card and cleaned with cloth and inserted then tada it works now. Thanks
thank you very much bro it was useful for me😊😊😊
It has kept happening and the solution to it everytime was to open it up and clean the wifi card. The wifi card is underneath the nvme
Guys just lift the laptop up a notch.I was having the same issue,it is due to the wifi card getting heated due to no airflow from the gpu fans while gaming as the gpu takes the load.
Worked by cleaning the adapter! But now my Bluetooth keeps disappearing and I need to cold power off my Laptop first then boot it up so the Bluetooth may appear again. After a few minutes it will disappear again. Hope you can help on this. Thank you
How do i clean the adapter?
I have the same problem with both my wifi and bluetooth..they come in the beginning and go after a while..Did you find any solution?
same with bluetooth
@@yesnt01 I cleaned the adapter and both wifi and Bluetooth started working fine...I'd recommend you to do it but be very careful
I thank you very much for your superb video!!! i did exactly what you said and it was a bad contact, a cleanup of the contacts and all is fine again. Thank you a zillion times!!!
Thank you sir! It helped me, i hope it will last hehe
How can we download an update when the wifi is not working?
plug your usb to phone. usb tethering - ethernet
The absolute first thing you should do after removing the bottom case is disconnecting the battery..
how?
@@buhar3987 depends on the design. but if memory serves me right it is to push the battery latch back and pop the cable up out of the connector for this model.
edit: correction. this is a push in/pull out design. it is located under the black mylar patch over the RAM modules. right next to the + - on the battery.
Muah😘 i love you bro. Thank you so much.
bro i changed my wifi card under warranty now its been 3 month and the same issue started and my warranty has expired what should i do??
I guess you can get it fixed for cheap
@@Zenogrid should i replace it with same media tech wifi6 card or use some other one

If the problem is with the wifi card or any other problem, I have warrenty over 2 years. Does the repairing cost get covered??
do i need to remove battery wire before cleaning the wifi adopter
It's better to remove the battery..
Bro in my laptop it is showing that the adapter is not connected, first there was only issue with the Bluetooth, but when i tried uninstalling the mediatek wifi 6 driver and then reinstalled it both wifi and bluetooth is not showing up. Can you tell me how to hard rest on asus tuf f17,it came as recommended in my asus, but with the instructions provided in that i couldn't do it.. Can you help me out with that, how to do that.
Asus tuf gaming lapto p wifi icon missing solution: settings> network & internet> advance network setting> network reset . Laptop will restart and then my wifi icon start showing and working .
I updated drivers from iobit now while rebooting im facing bsod, what should i do?
Here me I just solved it. Clean your laptop, let your laptop rest for a while then open!!! 🎉😂😭. Wifi and bluetooth will disappear if i launch bluestack/ldplayer
If you move the SSD, where can you move it to?? Thanks
does it happen in tuf gaming a15 2023 model fa507nv i want to check before buying
Well, I just downloaded some cool viruses with the Driver Booster thingy so thanks for that :P
I solved it too my wifi was disappearing everytime I plugged in charger or played game or even without gaming or charger too sometime so I reset the windows with option of remove files then I faced it again after installing a game a day later but thankfully I had create the restore point after windows in installation so I restored and it got fixed again probably due to cracked game thingy
Fuk my luck... The screw to remove the sd card didn't come off...i literally tried every screw driver variant in my toolkit
Mine stays connected but showt the globe icon with the non connected sign next to it but it is still connected... weird. after boot is this solved and comes back. asus tuf a15 amd ryzen
For me nothing really work so till the time I change my network card, I am using a LAN cable to play games😢
