I wonder if you could just connect the power to the green and Black wires going to the solenoid. Looks like that what he's doing when he connects the power to the solenoid board. I would disconnect the connector from the board behind the keypad. He didn't disconnect, but better to be safe. I haven't tested it myself. Just wondering if this would work.
I tried an experiment and it doesn't work connecting to the Green and Black wire. On the Board they don't both connect directly to the coil of the solenoid. There are other component on the bottom side of the Board.
The problem I had with my Sentry Safe was the 5 beep code which is the solenoid not energizing. My outer handle was down just a slight bit, enough to jam the plunger from moving (out of the way). When I raised the handle as high as it would go I was able to open the safe. This may not be your problem but it may be worth a try.
What Is the wiring with the white connectors at the end of the wiring called?
If thats the concern how can we open the safe?the solenoid is inside

The question is how to open when this situation occurs?
@SentrySafe , please, our valuables and certificates are stuck inside. Please help 🙏
Thanks for the good video! I'm having the same issue with a Sentry Safe. Wonder how much did the call for a locksmith cost?
I guess the magnet video is a scam. I was thinking about buying one tooo.
