You are the first Modeler I’ve seen use the technique of painting the bomb and gear bays first, along with the associated doors. Then using blue tack to attach the doors in the closed position to mask the bays! I’ve been using that technique since the 80’s. No masking tape needed. Beautiful job 👍🏼
Awesome kit for the size. I built a 1/48 scale B-1 , and it had just as much detail as this one. Very impressive! You nailed it! Beautiful work, thank you for sharing.
Thank you very much, glad you like the model. ☺️ The small 1/144 Academy B-1 kit is really well done and a joy to build, guess it must be tiny compared to your giant 1/48 scale version. 😄
Good evening mate, that was a excellent build and paint job , a very good size kit for a small scale, very best regards to you and your family and friends, take care and keep safe.
another captivating vid ! I had no idea the Lancer had all those markings underneath - can't say I've ever got close to one . clean precision build . I am always disappointed that they didn't make the wings and stabilizers so that they line up and make a huge delta (Tomcat / Tornado .) .....but that's just me . Wales UK.
I worked on the B1 at Dyess AFB from '87 to '92 and I was really puzzled by the markings on the underside. They may have changed something since '92, but back then, those markings were not present.
@@CodyBelichesky Actually I'm always super careful with my watches and try to keep them away from potential "threats" wherever I can, also regularly checking for micro scratches and damage under the magnifier. 🙈😄
Your color for that bone is waay too dark in most of this video, but looks lighter in some of the final photos. The Vallejo satin is too shiny as well. An MRP HAVE GLASS finish would have looked better. It kinda has this glazed donut look in the final photos. Overspray on the bottom of the radom as well. This kit is a clunky little thing.
Thank you, appreciate your comment. I must admit I just followed the build instructions offered with the kit. But I also recently saw a comprehensive walkaround of the B-1B here on youtube and as far as I remember the crewmen said that they could actually put fuel cells in all three bays if maximum range is needed. Don't know if that applies for all of the aircraft? Thanks.
Thank you very much! No worries, the watch is always taken very good care of! 👍😇 I’ve been owning this particular Speedmaster (1861 movement, solid case back) for 16 years now and could never live without it. I also have the latest 3861 model which I bought as a „backup/replacement“ when it came out this year but actually never wear it because I just love the older one so much! My dad owns a vintage 861 model which I personally think is the best of them all. Thanks for watching! 🙂

You seriously make building a perfect B-1 look WAY to easy! Excellent work!
Thank you so much, I’m happy you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching! Cheers, Oliver/RWO
I've built 13 of these and if I were forced to choose the most enjoyable kit ever it would be this one! Plus there are tons of options included!
13 is a lot, wow! It really is a great kit, one of my favorites as well. Cheers!

Impressed with the quality of this kit, plus your added details to that small cockpit.
Superb build and finish.
Thank you very much! 👍🙂
Just ordered this kit. If I get it looking half as good as yours I'll be happy.
The kit is of very high quality and makes the build pretty easy so I’m sure you’ll get a nice looking model! 👍 Thanks for watching! 🙂
Un bombardier superlatif US ...Assister á un décollage reste fantastique !!Très beau montage comme toujours ...A+
Awesome, thanks for watching! 👍🙂
Simply wow

It looks great, you make it look so easy.
Superb! Loved the extra details you added
You can't see a lot of the added details in the tiny cockpit but I don't care. ;) Thanks for watching!
I'm very happy to see another build from you! In any case, another super nice model in your hangar. Very great details! 👍 Waiting for more to come. 😎
Moonwatch! You are my man! I have it too and also trying to do models!
You totally have to! It was the best Idea I've had in a long time. It's also so much fun.
Outstanding build of a superb kit.
Thank you, glad you like it! Cheers!
GREAT WORK!! Looks like a pretty awesome kit oob. And those tiny little JDAMs: superb paintjob!! Cheers!
Привет мой друг . Я знаю что ты не понимаешь по русски но то что ты делаешь это круто . Продолжай в том же духе

Nice! 👍
Thank you! 🙂
*A very nice and impressive kit at this scale!*
Thanks! It really is a great kit, and I think I might have more in 1/144 scale coming... ;) Cheers!
Excellent job 👍
Sieht richtig schön aus! Weiter so!
Impressive build, if academy make this in 72th scale I'm buyin it.
Thanks! That would be a fantastic model in 1/72, but too big for my limited space... :)

what a great video...leaves you thinking you can builid/paint anything...the kit looks nice, 2...
Thank you very much! 🙂
Ready to fly away and impress foreign enemies!
Buenísimo!!!!!
You forgot the hydro stains in the bomb bays 🤣
What paint of engine afterburner steel or jet exhaust
I have to say, that is astounding. And you call yourself a newb?
Thank you!
Can you build the c-5 or c-17?
I'll think about it! 🙂 Thanks!
Is that a Hesalite or Sapphire Speedy?
@@CodyBelichesky It's a Hesalite one with stainless steel back and the 1861 movement (3570.50.00 model). Bought it new in 2005. 🙂 Thanks for watching!
@ Nice! You’re a lot braver with your Speedy around plastic cement than I am given the hesalite!

I worked on the real ones. The weapons bay fuel cell only goes in the aft bay.

Nice kit, excellent build, superb watch, which I would definitely not bring anywhere close to glues and paints :P

@@RWOModels Great collection! That 861 is a very special piece, indeed :)
Great build 👏😊
