Yes, I've seen this a lot with my students! You could try a fidget toy for your feet like a balance board or a tennis ball under your foot. Sometimes that's less distracting than a toy in your hands.

I’m a kinaesthetic learner but I can’t use fidget toys as I end up focusing on them not the task.
Listening to music(specifically baroque) was recommended to me. I haven’t tried it out yet so I don’t know if it’ll work but it might.
