While there is no such thing as the best melody, or the best song, I would distinguish between top tier, second tier, average and trash. This is clearly a top tier song. Virtually perfect. Nothing sticks out too much, it is melodic, pleasant, harmonic, thoughtfully put together, has hooks, small drops.
