I'm a fresh graduate BS Mechanical Engineer and I was recently offered for the position 'Trainee Engineer - CNC Programmer'. I'm wondering if its wise to accept this offer as most of the CNC programmers are diploma/associate degree holders. Kindly give your valuable advice. Thanks in advance.

      Hello Mohammed,
The answer to your question depends on many factors. You need to decide if you would like working for this company and if you would be satisfied with the pay. If you like the company then you should ask yourself if you will be satisfied with the job requirements. If upward mobility (promotions) is important then you should try to find out if this is a possibility. I don't think anyone can give you a concrete answer to your question without knowing more specifics about the company and your personality and career objectives. I suggestion talking to friends and family about this decision. Thanks for you comment. Best of luck!

It depends on the size and organizational structure of the company. You should talk to this company to learn more about them and ask them these questions.
