I really enjoy the way Katherine draws out Jim's commentary. Again and again you showcase the craftsmanship behind the product and the gift these kits are to the builder. Thank you!
Thanks! Once Jim told me he didn't mind my questions I figured others have the same questions so I just ask away. I sometimes have to edit out the really stupid thing I say, lol. Katherine
Brilliant tips Jim, I wish I'd seen this a month ago, I'd so much trouble getting my plate on my 1st pattern longland brownbess. I got it completely finished two weeks ago and very pleased. Great vid sir.

Thank you Jim for taking the time to illustrate these steps and for filming as well! Much success to your family and your business!
Thank you and all the best to you as well
Another great instructional video ! Catherine asks all the right questions too. I’d liked to have seen you drill the tang pin hole.
Great suggestion! Thanks for the support.
Thank you Jim. Great video. Appreciate your attention to detail. Can’t wait for my Fowler to ship.
I love watching your videos. Good craftsmanship. Another fantastic firearm from Kiblers
Thanks!
Patient as I am, I would like to think that this particular kit is the one that I will be receiving in the future. 😄
Keep up the good work. Thanks
Thanks!
Now Katherine knows why your shirts have holes in them. lol
Waiting on my fowler. Appreciate showing some of the steps to work on them.
Ha! Jim isn't one to let fashion concerns get in the way of a job that needs done!
Good to know that you can make the buttplate fit the wood versus only the other way around.
It can save a lot of time and give a better result.
Excellent....
Thanks!
Is it possible to be iron butt plate, etc rather than brass?
These butt plates are cast from a mold and are specifically set up for brass. You would probably have to do that yourself.
Mr Kibler you make that look so easy and it is not
That’s what I was thinking!!! -Katherine
The brass whisperer.
🤣
Walnut stock-maybe that’s my Fowler…
