If your hating urine stains in the litter trays, one way to get rid of them is to put some of your vinegar/water solution and letting it soak in the tray. After an hour it should all come off!!

I just had a great video idea! You could build the guineas a Lego, cardboard(or something similar) race track! Kinda like the Zoo-Zoo-pets, only safer? It could be a super fun enrichment activity for them!
I’ve been watching this channel for awhile now and I just love it, I didn’t know anything about guinea pigs until I came across this channel, that being said I don’t think I have any plans on guinea pig children in the future but I’ve been curious, I still don’t know if these guys (maybe some) like cuddles, do they like to be held much? Maybe it was brought at some point and I missed it.

I always clean my kitty's room and I honestly don't even mind it as I do a bit of sweeping and wiping daily along with brushing him so the deeper clean on Saturday along with just washing his water fountain and automatic feeder bowls isn't really bad at all
Love all you do for your babies and even wish I could adopt some piggies myself. However our sweet kitty would love to play catch the piggies. No worries though. I'll adopt some when the kitty goes to live with her person at her home in a few years.

I have to do similar stuff to you when i clear out my snake's enclosure. Her enclosure also uses aspen but for the entire bottom and it's THICK because she's a burrowing species of snake. I end up with aspen all over me by the end of it lol. I can't imagine having to do that for multiple enclosures in one day - my back would be killing me.
So many guineas ♥ How are your cages holding up when there is not much support at the bottom? I bought mine a CC cage and it keeps falling apart when I clean them - the middle section where there are only two panels with no middle support :(
Don't have nearly as many piggies as you (3) but I love cleaning them because they get soooo happy and it feels good knowing I'm caring for them and seeing their pretty living area.
I absolutely love your absorbent mats and I want to get one but my cage is a 2x4 12 inch grid and the closest there is a 2x4 14 inch grid, would it still work ok?
I wish I could get another guenia pig but when I adopted mine, the adoption center had him alone and said he was prone to hate other pigs because of his past, so even if I wanted another one, I’m worried he would fight the other male if I get one. Plus, I’d need a bigger cage than the huge one he already has.

@ThePigRoom good for the smell I imagine but this would not kill bacteria as far as I know. Then again I would think it's enough to wipe it away, I don't think the surface needs to be sterile 🤗
Hey, I have been watching you for awhile now, and you have helped myself and most definitely my piggies! Lol. I see that you line your litter boxes with puppy pads, I have tried to do that as well to protect the litter box bottom, but my girls will literally dig and chew the pads and then I have to take them out. Do you have issues with this? Or are your piggies just that well behaved XD
im an owner of 2 boys, and I would either feed them the “small pet select 2nd cut timothy hay” ( thats what he uses ) and I just feed my piggies the oxbow timothy hay ( I forgot the details !)
How are your piggies so quiet?? Mine are so loud help me!!!!!! They are keeeping me up at night!! AND before I go to bed, I make sure to give them a lot of hay, vegetables, food, and their water bottles are always filled up. Plus they always have a clean cage like yours. I tried to get into owning guinea pigs but I was scared of them worried that they would bite me and I didn't know how to properly care for them so I gave them away to somebody who knew more than me
dont get a guinea pig if you know you wont be able to get 2. In some countries its illegal to only own 1 guinea pig; its practically abuse considering they are social animals and will stop eating if they cant get the right care. they dont smell by the way.. I own 2 pigs

Have u tried- sundown egg-e- bed (antibacterial chopped straw bedding) I swopped to this ,it's so soft and smells lovely for much longer than shavings

Honestly, not that long at all! The shopvac makes it so quick so I’d say less than 30 minutes 😊

Just soak the litterboxes with vinegar for 30 minutes. It takes the stains right out! I do this with my rabbits plastic litterbox
