Been watching this video since I first heard Underoath in 2003 (but it was like 180p back then, haha). Aarons playing inspired me and has been so influential on my drum style.
The description says this was recorded in August 2001, but this song was on the Changing of Times album, which didn’t come out until February 2002, am I missing something?
@@maxcap60 Ah yes it is. Didn't recognize him. What about the guitarist in the white shirt? After searching online it must be either Matthew Clark (2000-2001) or Billy Nottke (2001-2002), as doesn't look to be any of the longer term members like the others in this video.
@@I3l4ckDe4th That’s Billy Nottke :D He was still a member when they released The Changing of Times but quit shortly after. Then Grant came in with this lineup (with Octavio still in the band)
It's a true shame that this song will not be heard again live.... I've never seen Underoath live!.....And if I do someday, this song will never happen!
This is my favourite Underoath song out of every album they have every done. It genuinely hurts me that I will never hear it live.
Durray maybe you will.. they are back
I probably will never hear no one of their songs live:(
@thepositivepush5333 That's a Dallas Underoath song not a Spencer song so they'll never play it

Holy crap, what a great song. What I would've given to be there to hear this.. Sucks I'll never get to hear it live either..
Back when they were fucking raw
nawmean
This whole album helped me through so many bad times. Battled depression for the longest but I am now free
I need help, I've been depressed for years
Man that was a beautiful performance. Love you guys! Dallas we will never forget how much you contributed to Underoath.
The greatest song of all time. Still haven't changed my mind in 10+ years.
A sound lost in time. So simple, musically speaking. But timeless, and beautiful!
Honestly at about 4:25 in, this song becomes so incredibly emotional. It rules.
Yeah for real
Bro that cymbal falling over
as soon as I get a working 8mm player that my computer can see I'll try to re-upload the show as one long track. also higher quality audio/video
Did you ever re-upload the show?

Miss this band. Best vocalist of Underoath so far.
The feel for this will hit me the same even when I’m 60. Good times
I wonder how many of these kids almost 20 years ago are even still alive today in this video

Raw emotion.. I love this song even more now after hearing this version … dudeee I miss old Underoath!!!
This is crazy...this was recorded 18 years ago. It doesn't even feel like Underoath has been around for that long. Just wow.
Coz this Underoath was different from that popular Underoath
Que hermosa canción, me ayudó a sibrellevar lo agrio de la vida
I would pay real good money to see this live back in 2001. Anyone got one of them time machines?
Pure emotion
This sooooooo emotional!

they have the songs ready before they record an album sometimes.
@@maxcap60 thank you, that makes sense. Who’s the guitarist in the black shirt? Not Octavio, the other guy, on the left.
