Wish Marathi film industry could thrive on exceptional talent, especially writers and directors and the Marathi people support and celebrate Marathi film industry like the greatest film industry in india with respect to creativity and talent, i.e. Malayalam film industry and the people of Kerala, how they support their film industry with all the love and encouragement, inspite of not enough money like in Maharashtra. Probably, it has to do a lot with the thinking and true education of Kerala and Malayalees believing in supporting each other. Salute to all the great artistes of Marathi film industry.
In Amol Palekar ji we have always seen an actor who is natural, spontaneous and honest. He is extremely versatile. He has proved that his range is very vast. Despite his talent, versatility and range, in Hindi film industry he remained a little under rated actor.
