Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. so modern reformation movement should dealt with these problems in a postive ways without jeopardising the islamic spirit of prophet vision and mission, other wise , as i have understood, Ghamdi sahib has to come out of old fiqah thing as moulana isahaq sahib did on Eid qurban debates on this channel youtube, , other wise what happed people are encouraged to have poly gamy from various nations as nikah misyar, instead of within famiy members for various reasons, concubinages, slave like servants, and their rich master as just and stern captives , with rights to have corrective measures, subjects and malicks, imperialism of one nation on others in the disguise of caliphate, or etc that is old fiqah of yester years and old yoke of malokiyaat coming in disquise of modernsim yet having said this , not all dictators if ruled within the law are necessarily tyrants encouraging tyranny instead there are people who are benevolent like Degal of france some body has to build consensus, within constitution this has to be accepted as modi goverment destroyed the age old influence of certain congress moulanas on three talaq at once since nobody now challengge it and supreme court of india did as per legal process, so a positive despensation is required slow and steadily like talib johri for referomation within such groups as he said min donlillah is the propblem with in what orindary people creed which should be corrected to be mohid
